— Chapter Four —
Correspondences
For the commencement of inquiries. Solvitur ambulando — it is solved by walking. In our case, by a Zoom.
— The Postmaster —
Ceci n'est pas le facteur.
All correspondence, by post or by wire, eventually crosses this desk. Replies typically follow within one business day; complex inquiries within three.
Schedule a Call
Fifteen minutes, arranged at your leisure. We find it saves everyone a great deal of trouble.
The process begins with a Zoom call — not a form submission. If a calendar feels like an imposition, we are likely not the right outfit for you. This is usually fine for everyone involved.

We do not follow up on random form submissions. This is deliberate. Our workflow, like our bookkeeping, is tidy on purpose.
Fifteen minutes. No deck. No discovery questionnaire. We will ask three questions: what you do, what is on fire, and what you have already tried. By the end of the call we will know whether we should keep talking. Most of the time, we do not. This is also fine.
